Strange Dream - Is someone calling to me in search for help, am I connected to the spirits in some way, what do my dreams mean?

I keep having these weird dreams about being in a house with people and this house has other houses in it, but they are hidden. In the dream I just had, I was over at some friends house and us parents were sitting in one room while the kids were playing in another. Well, I asked for a smoke and dude told me to go in the basement because that's where he kept them. I go down there and I hear this baby crying. Sounded like a newborn and the way this baby was crying sounded as if it was crying for a long time. I'm looking around and I find these passage ways to different areas of the house. One area lead to the first floor of the house to a room the kids were playing in. It was a dark hallway with a set of stairs and the top of the staircase was the door. I was going to go that way but decided not to and to look around some more. I go further into the basement and see a weird door. It was a white door and instead of a straight edge to it, it was curved. More like a wavy curve and the door frame was as well. It had a design to the door that I can't seem to remember what was on it. In the dream it was pretty heavy, so I opened it.

Once I opened it I seen another door which was brown, a small hallway and a set of stairs on the left side of it that lead to a deeper part of the basement. I didn't want to go there because something told me to stay away. I did notice that the sound of the baby crying became softer and not as loud. I closed the door and tried to cover it so no one would notice, but the cover of the door wouldn't go on. I left it and turned around to see what else there was and where this baby's crying was coming from. I walked and looked to my right side and seen a kitchen with glass like walls and all of the cabinet doors were wide open and there was stuff littered all over the place. When I seen that in that in the dream I thought something was wrong. I continued to walk and see another door and it was a walk in pantry. I slowly opened the door and noticed the smell that came out of the room which was horrid...

There was food such as cans and boxes, boys shoes like sandals and tennis shoes, clothes on the shelves and the floor. I also remember seeing a filthy cat box sitting in the corner of the pantry. It was over flowing with cat sand and you could see some of the feces still in there. Everything looked as if it sat there for a long time. After I looked around the pantry I noticed this vibe. It's hard to say what kind of a vibe it was, but I knew someone was there with me. I shut the pantry door carefully and said out loud, "I'm sorry I disturbed you". I walk back up stairs still hearing the baby crying and crying. I looked at my friends and I asked them if they hear this baby crying. The chick grabs her baby, (in reality the baby is not due for another few months) and says, "Nope, it's not him." I remember what the baby looks like still. He was about couple days, was white, like fresh out the womb white, had a lot of hair and he was pretty pudgy. He was a cutie.

Well, I look up at the ceiling and the crying got loader and loader and then it began to fade. I told them that maybe the baby has finally giving up. After I said that the crying began more and more. I wanted to search the walls. I even thought of taking an ax to the ceiling to search for this crying baby. I wanted to know if it was real or a spirit calling for help. After I thought about looking on the second floor I woke up. The dream was weird. I tried so hard to fall back asleep and finish this dream. The strange thing when I woke up was that the bedroom was cold. I have been having a lot of weird dreams about houses and passage ways and so on. I wonder if someone trying to tell me something?

  1. I would have been so freaked out with that dream! Did you wake up in a cold sweat?

    1. There was no cold sweat. The temperature in the room itself got cold.

  2. Ah my dear, welcome to the world of psychic dreams. If your having uncomfortable dreams like that, I would suggest "smudging". Get a bundle of sage, or smudge stick, from your local New Age store. Light it, and walk around your home, making sure to get the smoke in every nook and cranny. While your doing this, tell whatever, or whoever, is in your home, that you appreciate them being there..but to please leave you alone. Be respectful, but forceful, and be very clear in what you want from them.

    1. Lol, I guess we can relate. My neighbor upstairs has a smudging kit that she had gotten from a friend because she has noticed some strange things upstairs. I haven't noticed any of it yet, but the dreams are weird. I tend to have these types of dreams during the day sometimes when I nap and usually when my husband is not around. To be honest, I don't mind these dreams. I have had much worse though. Ones that have traumatized me for days... A few months ago I thought that I had died and I woke up questioning myself if I was still alive. Nothing felt real that day and it took me a bit to realize that I was alive. I guess with the dream that I had today leaves me to question what this person/spirit is trying to tell me. I will smudge later on in the future if things seem to get worse. So far my children haven't said anything unordinary and I hope it stays that way. I have not had any issues with them. I guess I can say I have dealt with spirits for a very long time and I know what to look for.

    2. Just be mindful, and very careful. I was raised in a pagan faith, and we believe wholeheartedly in spirits...both good and bad. You might putting up some religious icons that you have a strong inclination for. If it's happening in another place in the same building, I would talk to your neighbors and see if anyone else is being affected. If so, I would call in a Paranormal group, or a local priest to do a blessing. I would offer to do the blessing, but I live kind of far away. :)

    3. I think I might just do that. Whomever this is does not like what you said. The presence has gotten stronger. While reading your comment I felt my body heat up in a very uncomfortable way and I began to get teary. I know my neighbor has spoken about seeing some sort of black figure, almost like an animal run around and she said that her daughter has seen one as well. I know that seeing a dark form is no good either. I will talk with my neighbor about the smudging. As for anything religious, we do not have. My husband is part Native American so there is a dream catcher hanging on the wall. My neighbor upstairs is Native as well. I have always believed in spirits since I was a child. I can't say for how long, but for a long time. I have been through some pretty crazy experiences and they seem to reach out to me more in my dreams.

  3. that's weird dreams indeed. i have weird dreams too and sometimes i felt myself crying for real and my husband would wake me up. crazy huh? I don't believe though about dreams having any significance in true life and I don't believe in connecting in spirits. Demons are spirit.

    1. Everyone has their own beliefs. Not all spirits are evil =) I know there have been plenty of dreams that have made me cry and then some that made me think "WTF?" lol.
